Struggling to get full annual report

Please may someone help me with my free annual credit report. I have sent emails requesting this. I received a response that i should send my ID and proof of address which i did. I then received a 1 page report with no relevant detail and was requested to again send my ID and proof of address to get my full report? Please assist please.
