Still waiting for login details 3 months later

I requested to have my login details changed with experian so that I may log into my account online, i have requested these details over 9 times already, sent about 20 emails from about 3 months ago and no one has bothered to call me or assist me with anything. Each time I am told please send your ID copy and proof of residence, sent documents through each time and then nothing happens. I cannot login as my contact details have changed, I just need these updated and this seems to be impossible.
