Still waiting for consultant to contact me, Compuscan!!!!

More than 22 business days ago I submitted a query to have some addresses on my profile deleted as they were incorrect.

This is my second HelloPeter review and no so-called consultant has contacted me. I will keep submitting a review until my query actually gets resolved!!! STOP copying and pasting responses!

Your exact words are: "Kindly note that according to the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005, we have 20 business days within which to finalise our investigation and provide you with the outcome; however, we strive to resolve all matters as swiftly as possible." - well I am still waiting and don't understand what is taking so long????

Your lack of customer service leaves a lot to be desired taking into account that the service you provide affects people's livelihoods! Experian and Compuscan are useless and ***********- you can't even protect our data!!!!!!
