Still Waiting For A Reply

<p>I settled my loan with Direx Axis and they apparently said that they asked experian to remove or update that entry on my credit report. I subsequently send them an email on the 31st October 2016 to update my credit record. They never rep****. I send another email on the 7th November. I contacted the call centre and press 1 for consumer enquiries but I can’t get hold of them. </p>
