Still no credit report poor service

I have emailed experian numerous times even called to aquire a free copy of my credit report and no one has responded i have sent an email to ********** attached a cooy of my id and proof of address to the email requesting my report to date experian has not responded. I urgently need a copy of my report my email address i sent it from is ********** please assist
