STILL HAVE NOT REMOVED MY RCS STORE CARD EVEN AFTER I HAVE SETTLED A YEAR AGO.

I have contacted expiarian on the 3rd of march this month and I still havent heard anything back or even got a reference number. I have been struggeling for them to remove my RCS store card as that has been settled last year april already. I am really tired of this service, I phone them they always busy or they put me through to nearly every consultant that can't even give me a answer I mean really.
