Still flagged under debt review

The 28th April 2021 debt counselor sent my clearance certificate and supporting documents. However experian still failed to update my credit profile. In the process of applying for a bond, I'm declined as I'm still flagged... Now I might miss out on purchasing my first home.... Deeply disappointed
