Status Updates not happening

I am very disappointed in the way Experian is handling status updates from NCR regarding the DHS system. The NCR changed their process for updating statuses in March and then again in April with effect from 12 April. My status has already been updated in the DHS but not at Experian yet, although the circular from NCR only provides for 3 working days in which all credit bureaus have to update their systems. After spending more than an hour trying to get hold of the Experian customer services, I was told that they have not received the new circular yet even though it was published on the NCR website and when asking for supervisor I was disconnected and have not been able to get hold of the customer services on the phone again.
