Stagnant score

I have tried contacting Experian for some time now and to no avail

My credit score has been stagnant and only went up last year November by only 3 points, I owe nothing and every thing I have owed I've paid excellently. By this time I was hoping I would have enough score to go for a car but I can't since my score is going nowhere and there is no explanation as to why but if I do any enquiry they will be quick to deduct points.

Experian is the worst, how I wish SA companies used TransUnion instead. I seriously need my score to go up I feel like at this point they love seeing me suffer
