Sick of your pathetic service

Paid off my absa account in December 2023 awaited my paid up letter i received on 25 January 2024. Experian said i must wait 60 days for this to be removed from the date of receiving my paid up letter. Today is day 60 now there is a story i must wait anotther 20 business days. Seems like Christmas will come and this wont be done! Unpaid stamps on my credit report also but i already paid up my accounts!
