Should be banned from credit reporting

I have 3 accounts which have been settled and closed but they show they are still open on Experian and ClearScore. I enquired on Experian website and was requested to upload some documents for security reasons but to date I haven't received any sort of feedback from Experian. My Vodacom account was settled in August the 3rd, RCS Game account in November the 11th, FNB Credit Card in October the 1st. All these accounts still show as open (active) and they are affecting my credit score. Please sort this **** reporting out!
