Shocking slow service

I registered online completed everything and now waiting for my login details, over a week has gone by. I have called several times been on hold for 30 mins twice, I have sent emails as your call waiting lady tells you but still no reply.

I have just called now and been on hold for 20mins, she took my details It was quiet, I asked are you still here, I even said to her please don't cut the call she said no your just on hold while I look you up and at 24 mins she cuts my call.

Seriously I have an issue to resolve you have incorrect details loaded on my name an account that I don't have for almost 21k I need this sorted.
