Shocking service

I emailed proof that debt was cleared and requested Experian to remove the judgement on my name. I called in on the same day(07/12/2015) and the agent confirm receipt of my documents and that it would take 7 days to clear. I called a week later to check my status(this after failing to register on the useless site) and I was advised that I had to wait till after 7 working days for the profile to be cleared. When I called 2 weeks later on the 21/12/2015 an agent Busani says he cannot see my documents I must resend the documents. When I asked how long will I have to wait this time he advised 7 days again. I find this very unacceptable as I had waited long enough to have this sorted. To Top it all when I asked this agent to confirm receipt of the emailed docs, he advised that I called back in 30 minutes knowing very well that the call centre would be closed by then as it was 16h44 when I ended the call with him. This is very bad service which is causing me a lot of problems as my credit profile is still reflecting as bad with them. Other Credit bureaus have long cleared my name. Please clear.<br>
