Shocking service

On Wednesday the 3rd of September I called experian unfortunately i couldn't get through waited for 20 minutes I then sent an email someone called me saying he can't help me all I need to know why is my capectic still under debt review. I've been clear for three years. On Thursday the 4th of September just calling again noboby has called me. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've sent email after email nobody wants to call or help. ***********
