Shame on you, Experian SA

I have paid off all my debits two years ago. Have raised a dispute and still nothing has been changed despite my attorney even trying to help me. Although I can afford a bond and am fully rehabilitated, red tape and incomitance looks like I will forfeit the offer to purchase on my dream property even though, the prescribed time period has elapsed for my automatic rehabilitation. What do I need to do, threaten to sue???
