Score not been updated for years

I Sipho Maleke id number *** have a big problem with your organisation regarding my creditrscore. For two consecutive i have been paying my accounts and still shows all accounts are up to date till current. Without missing any single payments due on my accounts . But my score has been sitting on below average. Please investigate
