Score going down but accounts paid on time and are on 70%

I have been working so hard to make sure my Experian is good, revolving account paid on time and all they do is not updating my account on time, i went for 2 months my account was on a stand still but i was still paying and my revolving account was active and to make things worse i then paid 70% on my revolving account and my score goes down. How does this happen, how does one work so hard but it does not show on Experian. Yet all companies use Experian because it is supposed to be a trusted site to keep our data, after the maintenance and now working again to only be disappointed. Come on guys please help us here, this is so disappointing. I need someone to let me know how i can pay my accounts to 70% but my score still goes down.
