Score distorting
I have logged complains regarding my credit score for Compuscan SA and Experian SA.
Dates of logging a query 4 February 2021 28 January 2021 4 December 2020
My score was fixed today at Compuscan SA from (629 Below average) to (661 Good ). My concern that i have its with Experian SA since it is one company with Compuscan SA. My score still not accurate at Experian SA showing (580 below average ) All my account s are up to date and never missed payments . hence the matter was fixed by Compuscan SA your sister company

Seemingly she does not have and answer for me regarding my credit score. i send her personal email yes regarding my score ( 580 Below average ) from my credit expert is correct, till to date i haven't received response from her. Would someone please from Experian SA advise me why my score is 580 below average. Question based on that my accounts are up to date never had any arrears for the past two yeas and never missed any payments. Would you please guys give me factors that made my score to become 580 below average
