Ruining my life

I paid and closed Vodacom account last year November already on my mycreditcheck.co.za it was closed and removed but on Clear score and vericred who I believe they pull information from you the account shows as unpaid and in arrears. Please sort your mess out am tired of always having to follow up with you and fill those dispute forms over and over again and you don't even bother to do anything about it.
