Response to my queries...

I'm writing this review as it's been over two weeks now since I sent them the relevant documents needed to have my dispute resolved but till to date I haven't received any feedback nor response from them and whenever I call their call center it's always busy and the dispute I lodged could have been resolved a long time ago, now I'm forced to wait on them to clear my name as this is affecting my credit record ...
