Respond to e-mails and calls !!!!

Hi

I have paid up my debts 2 months ago, all the other credit places e.g Transunion responded within weeks, cleared my name done.

I have sent experian 5 emails with relevant paid up letters, called them NO ANSWER at any given time of the day, I have spent over R200 trying to get someone to pick up a call, I am beyond frustrated cause the is no one responding to this simple matter, that has detrimental penalties on peoples lives.

EXPERIAN TEAM please answer the damn phone, clear my name from your report and lets move ON.
