Resolved dispute -Account back on credit profile less than a month later

On Monday 15/11/2021, Malungelo Piet from Experian informed me that 'Kindy note that your STANDARD BANK RCP LOANS dispute has been resolved in your favor. ' On 14/12/2021, I responded that this account was back on my profile and that my score was down 51 points. I have resubmitted the paid-up letter dated 06/08/2021 for an account that was settled on 20/07/2021. 6 desperate requests later, and this has still not been resolved, thereby negatively affecting my credit score with all its repercussions. All documents have been submitted. Your records should reflect my history. Why do I have to beg for help to correct this?
