Resolve my dispute please

I have been trying to get hold of Experian for the last 2 weeks . I have sent numerous emails and their phones just ring with no answer. I would like to be assisted urgently as I'm busy applying for a home loan and there is a dispute that's appears on my profile and that dispute was resolved a long time ago. Can I urgently please get assisted because my application is going to be declined because of this.
