Request for Update on ELR*** RCP loan on mycredit expert payment histiory
I am writing to urgently address the unresolved matter of my ELR*** dispute, which was reportedly resolved on December 13th. Despite assurances from your consultant and a follow-up call at the end of December, the promised update to my RCP loan payment history on Credit Expert has not been completed. The explanation of a backlog was provided, but I kindly request immediate assistance in expediting this crucial update.
