Request for Correction of Account Arrears Record
I lodged a dispute regarding the account showing arrears despite being paid up and closed. The dispute was resolved in my favor, and the account is now marked as closed. However, it still reflects as being in arrears for June. Could you please correct this? The dispute number is CS***6-CD311268.

09 Sept 2024, 08:19I've sent an email but have yet to receive a response. In that email, I attached a previous credit report which shows that the account in question was not listed. For the account to suddenly appear in June, stating 6 months of arrears, is incorrect, as there was no record of the account from January to May. Could you please rectify this error, as it has significantly impacted my credit score despite my efforts to maintain it? Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
