REPORT THEM TO THE NCR
REPORT THEM TO THE NCR IMMEDIATELY.
I logged a dispute, attached proof and they *******ly rejected the dispute and told me to get a letter from the lender proving my claims despite attaching legal proof. No investigation, shifting burden of proof, making false ******* statement, deferring dispute instead of handling it.
