Remove the flag on my ITC

Last year I tried to apply for a car but I was declined by 2 banks and I tried applying for a student loan again I was declined but my score was ok. To my amazement the bank said I was under Debt Review how is it possible for me to be under debt review my husband is not under it and I have accounts and credit card. I called Transunion and other ITC companies in S A and they said I was clear. I found out CompuScan I appear as debt review the ***** that is taking place in there I don’t like it.
