Remove the flag on my ITC

I wanted to buy a car through my bank but the process was not successful. They said I was under debt review. I decided to call the ITC, because how am I under debt review I have accounts credit cards and many other things. When I called Transunion I was clear, clear score I am clear in all the ITC I’m clear only Experion. I wonder what kind of ***** i they promoting how can we be safe in our own country if our security system is this horrible I called them they told me many things that don’t make sense to me.
