Remove the debt review flag

I was under debt review from 2018,December 2021 every debt was paid up.11 January 2022clearance certificate was issued and was sent to credit bureaus together with paid up letters. However after 21days all other credit bureaus removed the flag except Experian , I lodged a dispute on the 19th of February and they rep**** on the 23 and requested that my debt coucillor should send them everything they will assist within 5 working days of which she did on the 23February2022 Till to date .called call center no was is answering the call. Am stressed
