Remove Debt Restructure from my Credit Report

I was on debt review and have settled all my debts and even received a clearance certificate which was sent to all creditors. All my accounts have been closed and paid up on my Experian Credit Report. However there is still information appearing on my Experian Credit Report that shows under Debt Restructure. On all the other credit bureaus (Transunion, XDS and Compuscan, the Debt Review tag is off . However with Experian is still shows on my credit report as--

COS : Consent Order for Statutory Debt Restructure

I have settled all my debts as I desire to purchase a home and I can’t apply for homeloan if the debt review tag is still appearing on Experian even though it’s removed with all the others. Please help me Experian to resolve this issue.
