REMOVE CELL C ON MY ITC
It took experian 38 days to resolve a dispute which had every document required. 38 days later i was told that the dispute was resolved in my favour. To my surprise cell C is still apearing on my updated credit report as 6 months in arrears and i paid the account early january. what is the point of settleling accounts if this is going to happen. im not willing to wait another 38 days to have this removed .a THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE IS UNACCEPTABLE. REMOVE THAT ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE I GAVE YOU PROOF THAT THE DAMN ACCOUNT IS PAID UP. REMOVE CELL C FROM MY ITC .

01 Jun 2022, 10:18I logged a dispute disputing both accounts,and i also uploaded documents for both accounts. i dont know why you decided to only send the reference for edgars and not cellc. you people are wrong to expect me to lodge another dispute and wait for another 30 days for something i adressed in april. this is crAZY
