Remove boodle account from my credit score please. It is blocking me I can't get access to any credit please.

Poor service. I had a loan with boodle which was paid off 2020 I have send experian all my paid up letter as well as clearance certificate. I am in a process of buying a car and a house but all banks decline my application. It is frustrating to know you have money and can afford to buy a house or car but because of my bad credit I can be granted even a R1000 loan. Kindly attend to this it's urgent very urgent. Your lines are not working I've tried to call since January with no luck.
