Removal of unauthorised dispute

Good day,

Hoping this is my last email. I have been phoning since yesterday and this morning. No answer!

I DO NOT and NEVER requested a dispute to be logged, I purely sent an email requesting information. Thanks to this dispute all my applications were put on hold.

Can I get a direct line or person to speak to to resolve this and REMOVE this dispute immediately.
