Removal of listings

My experience is I have trying to remove a negative listing and I have provided proof that I did not pay the creditor but Experian insist that it's still valid. Can't correct irregular listings. I have been trying for two years to remove these listings but Experian can't do their job not sure if they are doing under hand dealings with these debt collectors
