Removal of listing
I have an account reflecting in my credit report under clear score, the company that listed me gave me a confirmation letter to state that am not in their records and this might have been a mistake made by them, they can't assist but to contact Experian. It has been two month since I submitted my ID,proof of address and Confirmation letter for the listing to be removed but till date I have not yet being assisted. My credit is ruined by this tried ombudsman as well but hit a brick wall, Can I be assisted by this as I need that listing removed it is affecting my credit score. Please I also want to have a good credit so can get my life going.

I have not yet gotten any call from the Experian team till date, I think you guys are quick to list a person but can't assist with removing the listing on my profile even though all the investigation has been done. I need you guys to give me feedback ASAP cause I need this to be sorted out

15 Nov 2022, 09:32I have been given X5 20 business days and a lot of References but still no way forward, what is so hard to remove the listing till date? you quick to list a credit but slow to remove it.
I do not care how you guys do it but please remove that listing under clear score cause under experian it does not appear.
you guys do not seem to assist me, right now you reply me privately.. as if you hiding something for the review not to be seen

I have been given X5 20 business days and a lot of References but still no way forward, what is so hard to remove the listing till date? you quick to list a credit but slow to remove it.
I do not care how you guys do it but please remove that listing under clear score cause under experian it does not appear.

23 Nov 2022, 14:17It seems like your only respond cause you do not have a choice, I have been given about 5 times the turn around of 20 business days and still I do not get any help or feedback.
I am so disappointed at the way you guys do things, we can't apply for this cause you messing up or credits

25 Nov 2022, 10:08I have been patient enough regarding this matter, right now about four 20 business working days have passed but still way forward is not reached. It seems like you guys enjoy seeing black people not having a good credit, you enjoy seeing us suffer and drowning in debts that we do not know off. I sent you guys a confirmation letter stating am not in any record under the company in question but still they is no confirmation stating you guys are going to remove that listing, you only give turn around time and investigation answers but no communication to me as to how far are you guys with my issue, I try calling phone never goes through for hours. I need that Listing removed under clear score cause you guys placed it here. if was a different Race all should have been done quickly by now, your undermining us
