Refusal to correct misinformation

I need urgent assistance from Ombudsman & all & any companies that can ensure Experian does their Job. I have a contract with Vodacom that i am behind on due to covid-19 lockdown my small business took a hit & i couldn't afford to pay.. The amount in arrears are R23, 403.58cents but Experian /clearacore has listed that i owe R32,000+. I have logged several disputes & even sent Experian the latest statement from Vodacom displaying the correct amount i owe them (R23, 403.58cents). Experian now is refusing to correct the error on their end & they responded saying "Your information will only be updated once you've fully paid up the Amount in arrears. " said the email from Reneiloa.

i am certain that this is ******** as a credit bureau they are suppose to update every 30days. The payments i am making towards my Vodacom Arrears are not being updated. Vodacom updates with them within 7-14 working days every month my score is standing still. This to other creditors makes it seem as if i am not paying a cent towards my bills. I am frustrated & in need of urgent help from any expect who can assist me deal with this effectively please.
