Refusal to assist client by Experian

********** attempted (but failed) to take out credit in my name from 3 different companies and now those enquiries are lying against my name.

I have asked Experian numerous times to remove them, even sending them proof as well as a policy case number, an affidavit and identity document.

i Explained that no credit was taken out on these companies but the enquiry still rests on my name when the ********** app****, why are they demanding bank statements and pay slips from me?

These are peoples lives that they are so cavalier about, why soul i sit with ********** enquiries even after i gave them everything and explained the situation
