Refusal of removing credit judgement

Gerhard van der Merwe instituted a credit judgement which was granted by Barberton Court against my name in 2011. I managed to settle this account and also paid them to represent me in court to rescind the judgement. The rescission of the judgement was granted in 2012. The attorneys then updated my credit record with ITC transunion, Experience and XDS. A month ago I was told about another credit bereua called compuscan and found out that the judgement t is still reflecting on my name. I then sent them the court order and letter from the attorneys. They promised to investigate the matter and acording to NCA they have 20 working days. The 29 days has lapsed and no one is updating me. I have been calling but I'm not getting any positive feedback. I am told they are unable to get hold of the plaintiff hence they cannot remove the judgement. My question is that Gerrard van der mere attorneys are the ones listed me and they provided the letter that the account is paid up. The court is the one which allowed them to list a judgement on my name and the same court accept my appoucation for a rescission.
