Really bad service

I have received really bad service from Experian. I have logged disputes twice on the same account, and I have not even received a reference number to do followups. I called their contact center number and I get a machine saying I called outside office hours, office hours being from 8am even when I called at 11am on a Monday. I emailed them and a gentleman called Thomas Skele said I should log a dispute via their site even after telling him I have done so and have received no assistance. Bad service from Experian!!
