Really bad experience from Experian!

I paid my debts on May 2024 in full, for the past 3 months I have waited and checked my clearscore which works through Experian. My details have not been updated and removed, instead I keep getting an e-mail from a Gareth Leibrandt saying they keep my records for 5 years, I already know records are kept for 5 years, its law, but for my credit report to still reflect the same history after I paid them in full. When we don't pay a debt, they fast to blacklist us. I have been to the NCR and they are also no help! Plus, I called and they do not answer my calls???
