RAISING DISPUTES WITHOUT MY CONSENT

A dispute was raised without my consent One of the consultants that emailed decided they have the right to that I got a call to say that it has been cancelled I asked to get a notification saying that it has been cancelled and it was said you dont send notifications how must I know that this Dispute that you raised without my CONSENT is cancelled?

My score is not changing why is that? Was this dispute ever cancelled because I see its still there on the Credit Expert report
