Rage account in arrears

i have paid up my account for Rage and closed the account in February 2019 and now i cannot buy a house or get a cell phone contract because my credit record is shows am in arrears from Expirian. tried to call expirian from February and and they are not answering and not responding emails i have send to them with a settlement letter. I have contacted Rage account and they told me the is nothing they can do and the legal consultant they are rude and not willing to help.

my life is on hold because of this account, i have tried all means to suit out this issue but am not getting help at all.
