****** Experian
I lodged a dispute on the 13 January 2023. Laura who was very useless refused to remove the listing and did not provide any reasons. So I took it upon myself to contact this company and only to find out that this company bought a prescribed debt from homechoice. The debt prescribed in June 2022. My question is, why do you list prescribed debt in the first place? Debbie, the manager, could not answer this simple question, except to tell me that it will take 20 days to process because they want to hear the side of the story from this bogus company. We have exchanged emails 100 times where I requested experian to prove that the listing is legitimate. I suspect that this experian is profiling us based on race because they deliberately ensure that they put wrong information and make it my problem to prove that I dont owe this bogus company. I am very much ****ed, I will make sure that I drag this until the prescribed debt is removed, Why wait for 20 days when it is clear that the debt prescribed? Worst part, Debbie acknowledged in the email that Bridge Debt bought a prescribed debt, but why list it then? Are they paying you or are you just an enemy of progress? I smell ****** here.
