Query resolution not up to scratch

<p>So I was interested in purchasing public shares for Project Oceans Hotel in May 2017.</p> <p>Only to find out that my payment was made late. My *** on 23rd May 2017 I called in and made it clear that it was EFT.</p> <p>I made calls to Compushare and Project Hotels advising them to process my refund I escalated the matter to one of the superiors by the name Sauls at Compushare.</p> <p>I was told it will take up to a month in June so I waited and July went passed and now we are in August.</p> <p>However, June 20th I get an email stating the application was acknowledged then in July I was informed by Koketso Makgabo that the refund will be processed in 30 days (5th of June)</p> <p>Referring to the June 20th email I refer the matter back to Compushare as I did not know what was now going on (Am I in or out)</p> <p>Then Zamkele Styodana responds July 7th that it is still being processed but it has been 2 months passed being told the same thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is actually happening is my refund being processed or am I getting my share certificate?</p>
