PUTRID SERVICE

I have not received any feedback from Experian since last year December 2015 regarding my profile update, ive been sending emails,contacting the Call Centre but NO ANSWER what kind of credit bureau is this that cannot be contacted???All other credit bureau's has rep**** to my queries I MUST SAY EXPERIAN SERVICE IS PUTRID!!!!!! They are quick to list as a bad payer but when assistance needed they not available.... i need my profile updated ASAP and want feedback on my queries
