Prescription dispute

They are the worst credit bereau ever. I logged a dispute with all other credit bereau and my credit reported was updated. Seems like it takes forever to solve. I called in last week and was told my Capitec dispute has been solved and will be sent an updated credit report by end of business, which did not happen. I called the next day and was told it was not sorted. What wrong with this company.
