Prescribed Nimble account.

I lodged a dispute about a nimble account that has prescribed. Unfortunately it was not resolved in my favor because of the credible evidence they received from Nimble according to them. The evidence was a written email from Nimble stating that I paid in June 2023 . There was no supporting documents from Nimble like a statement proving that I made a payment. The last payment date of this account was in February 2022 and there was no communication or whatsoever after this February 2022 payment.

What investigation are you conducting?? Just a word of mouth without supporting documents? If I could ask how was the payment made because you are not in possession of that information. But you resolved the matter in favor of Nimble. Are they bribing you to ruin our lives? Come on now all the other credit bureaus has closed this account but Experian wouldn't!!! If this matter is not resolved I will be taking further steps.
