Prescribed debt not removed from Experian

Experian South Africa is not only a joke but at this point they look like they are working with collection agents to continue to disadvantage consumers whose debts has prescribed by not removing same and continuing to update even when non payment and acknowledgement from client was received as Credit Act states. I have been battling to get my prescribed information removed from them more than a year now and the closest I got a response from them was when I lodged a dispute through ClearAcore new ***. I haven't had steady income since 2016 and my debts prescribed before they were sold to collection agents and prescribed even after being sold and this is not enough from them. Other credit score companies has already actioned within reasonable time but even an attempt by Credit Ombudsman to intervene resulted in their no response. Pathetic if you ask me.

This is the third dispute and next thing I will be blueticked without explanation. I await your further response. It can't be that you guys keep prescribed records for over 6 years before and after being bought by collection agents. It's like you like or selling cases to be active.

I have been here before with you guys. Go ahead and to lip service to try and clear what is left of your name. I just wish consumers have class case about you guys as those who are accusing your company of selling their details to get them continued listing seems to be on point.
