Prescribed debt
I logged a dispute for all the accounts I had a problem with on the 8th of March 2022 it is now 1 June 2022 and Experian has not resolved all of my issues.i disputed DMC,Truworths and African bank all as prescribed debt and only DMC and TRUWORTHS have been resolved what makes African Bank any different?? . I dont know if it's Experian or African Bank that is insisting this information remain as I have legal ground to log this as prescribed debt,I sent emails and even logged on mycreditexpert and still nothing. 5 days ago I asked for feedback and suprise suprise no response!!!!

01 Jun 2022, 16:06I was not given a reference number I logged into mycreditcheck and mycreditexpert as I tried calling Experian to find out if they received my dispute before the 20 working days was up and no one answered . I checked after 20 working days DMC and Truworths were off but not African Bank and no feedback either. This is very frustrating as I disputed On the website and vai email
