Prescribed debt.
I have a problem with Experian not wanting to update details on my profile. I sent proof, statements etc to show them that the creditor has prescribed a debt on my profile.But like my previous query they keep dismissing my claims.i can't pay as creditor mentioned this in the email but Experian wants to keep the debt on my profile.

02 Dec 2025, 16:12I sent the date together with the statement that proves this.The last date is 12 October 2022. and I never paid anything thereafter.
